塑料圓筒編織機(jī)是專為PP、HDPE、LLDPE扁絲和其他聚合物絲編織成高質(zhì)量的圓筒布或平布而全新設(shè)計(jì)。

Machine description:

The heavy duty circular loom was specially designed to weave endless tubular or flat cloth out of PP、HDPE、LLDPE tapes or other blends of polyolefin.

用途：用于生產(chǎn)和加工集裝袋、  篷布、土工布、園藝和農(nóng)業(yè)用地面除草布等

Suitable to produce flexible intermediate bulk container(FIBC), container bag, tarpaulin, geo-textiles ,agricultural anti grass cloth and some other woven fabric

1.        采用新型平面凸輪結(jié)構(gòu),具有高效、節(jié)能、低耗及低故障的特點(diǎn)

2.        采用高強(qiáng)度、高韌性材料制作的棕帶，配合棕絲，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)、噪音低。

3.        梭子采用滾輪形式，無油環(huán)保。

4.        采用雙排跳桿，可織高密度集裝袋和土工布。

5.        配備發(fā)電機(jī)型斷緯完緯檢測系統(tǒng)，靈敏可靠，次品率低。

6.        人機(jī)界面操作，主電機(jī)、送經(jīng)電機(jī)采用變頻控制，功能*、集中控制、操作便捷。

7.        采用模擬輸入獨(dú)立提升系統(tǒng)。

8.        采用高精度電子計(jì)米器和電子測速，觸摸屏顯示，直觀監(jiān)測產(chǎn)量。

9.        設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)簡單合理，運(yùn)行可靠性高，易損件少，維修方便且維修費(fèi)用低。

Loom Specifications

Ø  PLC control system:main motor and warp feeding motor are controlled by Inverter, strong function, concentrated control, easy operation.

Ø  Adopt analog input independent lifting system.

Ø  Electronic meter and speed counter,touch screen display

Ø  Loom structure is simple and reasonable, stable performance, less wearing parts, the maintenance is convenient and the maintenance cost is low.
